Fred Olsen have announced that in 2013 the Black watch will make 4 start and end trips to Harwich in Essex.
harwich port authority says that this is good news.

I think that you mean the Gulf of Bothnia! Bosnia is a completely different Country in a different part of the world.

it was a Typing error,I do know where the gulf of bothnia is as i have traded up there in the past.
I also know the geographical position of Bosnia with its small coastline on the adriatic sea tho must admit to never having been there.
I would argue your statement that they are in a different part of the world as they both could be considered to be in Europe.

Good news for Harwich. It is my favourite port, and after two long hauls I'm ready for a UK departure. Now I need to persuade Alan he'd like to try FO. Judith
