Topic: Quiz Tonight?

Good morning to one and all..........hope your day is filled with sunshine and good things.

I am off to do my day job but I have the questions all prepared and ready to go should you require a quiz this evening.
Just let me know.................I'll see how many vote for when I get back tonight

It's just that I noticed it is the final of Popstar to Operastar and I know some of you follow that. Then there are the films Marley & Me & Master & Commander, so perhaps, this week you would like to relax with your feet up, in front of the tv.

If the quiz is a yes - then the start time will be 8.30pm as usual and also as usual......all are welcome to join in - it is just for fun.

The only rules are...........I am always right even when I am wrong

Would love to Sandie but possibly not until I master this new computer. Half the keys seem to be strange. I have even got a key for French accents [grammar, obviously].
It's an excellent excuse so can I register it please Miss...before the quiz starts?

ok then - I will just go and prepare the dinner - then prepare for a talk I am giving tomorrow (not much to do just a check that the slide show is behaving) then prepare myself for sitting down and spending an enjoyable evening in your company.

Mrs M............excuse noted. I cannot get the hang of my new laptop either. The keyboard seems to be off centre (Acer Inspire) so it is still sitting on the side whilst I continue to battle with my old one.

The graphics on my old laptop make folk look as if they have a serious varicose vein problem...all over... and any writing is now almost illegible unless it's in capitals. So if you'd post in capitals, I could use the old one...

Please Miss I have a very early start in the morning so I can only stop up till nine o'clock and wots worse, I have heard, I've been told, someone said, the chip vans broken down and won't be cummin'.

strange Ive had to buy a new lap top also as the hard drive on my old one failed yesterday!
Does anyone know how to retrieve photos or have I lost them forever?
