Post Hollywood Godmum announced for Seabourn Quest

Hollywood actress Blythe Danner will be godmother to the luxurious Seabourn Quest.

She's well known for roles on both stage and screen -- including Meet the Parents, Woody Allen's Alice, Sylvia, and she earned a Tony Award for her performance in Butterflies Are Free. She is also mum to another beautiful Hollywood star - Gwyneth Paltrow.

The glittering christening ceremony is set to take place June 20 in Barcelona ahead of the ship's 14-day maiden voyage to Athens, Greece.

Along with Seabourn's other ships, the Quest is rather intimate in size, carrying just 450 passengers, although the line points out that the low number allows for one of the highest passenger-to-space ratios in the cruise industry.

The ship will sail 7-day Mediterranean cruises during her maiden season through January 2012, when she will begin a 109-day world tour eastbound from Fort Lauderdale.

Blythe Danner has been around for ages and been in loads of successful stuff.

BUT I bet both she and her daughter would take exception at Gwyneth being referred to as a "STARLET" - she's an Oscar winner, a Golden Globe winner plus many other awards and nominations - hardly a starLET!
