Not really ethical or fair is it ? If you decide , for whatever reason , to spend your money else where do you really need to come on this site and brag about it ?

Well, I have been to the The World Travel Awards party for our Spa Resort this evening and very pleasent it was too.
Everyone in their best cocktail wear.( Oh! and it rained tonight for the first time since April here in Cyprus.)
I had a good chat with our General Manager and I asked him why we keep winning when there are so many excellent hotels here in Cyprus. He basically agreed with me that it is as I discribed in an earlier post. Money going to money. In other words they
( the company) are big enough to get self promotion when needed.
However, he did say this year they had not bothered but got the award anyway. Our sister hotel won the Boutique Hotel award.
Not much chance of a local hard working self employed one man band outfit winning in that case is there. Even if he has given wonderful service. Money talks
