Back today from a cruise booked through Faz, had a great time! P4 guarantee & upgraded to P2! Can't be bad & it was a very good price!

Seems to me they very much deserve this ... we've just used them for the first time to book our fourth cruise, and they were excellent - nice one, Grace

In view of the troubles some others seem to be experiencing - Gills, Thomas Cook, etc - it's nice when someone manages to get it right; just shows it can be done!!

I have looked at the WTA website - check this link Europe Winners 2011 — World Travel Awards

and the only mention of cruise.dot is for Europes Leading Cruise Travel Agent. There is no mention of the other awards.

Also in 2010 cruise dot won the World's Leading Cruise Travel Agent not Worlds Leading Travel Agent - World Winners 2010 — World Travel Awards

Perhaps the record could be set straight.
