Post Regent introduces authentic antipasti dining experience

Regent is about to introduce new intimate Italian dining experience.

All is revealed in the luxury lines new brochure containing itineraries from March 2012 through May 2013.

'Sette Mari' at La Veranda debuts in June when, each evening, the daytime buffet venue will transform into an Italian venue.

Guests will be able to choose from a menu of authentic antipasti and Italian specialty items cooked a la minute and paired with fine wines.

Regent’s 234-page ‘Voyage Collection’ also highlights the free, unlimited shore excursions offered on each sailing, ranging from cycling through the Konvale Valley in Croatia and wine tasting in the south of France to a jeep ride through the Tijuca Forest in Brazil and riding an elephant in Phuket.

The brochure also contains photographs of the new interiors of the recently renovated Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager. Both emerged from 2011 drydocks with refurbished suites and public areas, with new plush carpeting throughout the ship and suite updates including new wallpaper, fabrics, curtains, décor and art.

Have you cruised with Regent? Or do you plan to? Do you like the sound of their new Italian menu?

Yes we have and are joining Navigator in March. They have a totally relaxed atmosphere and as I remember Italian food was always served in the evening at La Veranda. Price comparison they are not as expensive as you think the trips are lovely because they are in small groups
