2 steps:
1) In the Blue Bar - User Profile, then Edit Options then in the part that says "Default Topic Subscription Mode" change that to what you would like

2) Then click on "LIST SUBSCRIPTION" and you can see the threads/topics that send you mail - you can delete or modify to your preference.

Thanks for being so knowledgeable Grant, a great help to people like me who are sadly lacking in technical know how! I will try and follow your instructions and thank whoever asked how to do it too!

You are probably aware of this already but did you know that Celebrity (and probably RCI) have an App and it contains deck plans of all of their ships!
