    Disabled Tours

We will be travelling around the Med on 4th April with my parents in law, who are keen to see some sights but are not very mobile. I see the tours list for Seville, Gibraltar, Rome, Monte Carlo, Cartegena and Barcelona is now published on Cruise Personaliser but virtually all of them mention walking a reasonable distance. Any ideas on top tours in the Med that are wheelchair friendly? We thought about doing independent trips with a local taxi but wouldn't want to do that in Rome. I wonder what kind of tours P&O will offer us - they mention sending out a special list for disabled passengers about a month before the trip, but I don't want to miss out on booking one of the Best Sellers .... Can anyone let me know what they have found to be best?

    Hi Lottie

We will be on this sailing as well but I am sorry that I can't suggest any suitable tours for you.
Valletta is on a steep hill with cobble stone streets, Rome is a trek even though the trains are very good and modern.
Hope you find something out from someone else on site.

    Hi Lottie
Cannot answer your questions myself but if you go in your browser and Google 'Tourist Information Barcelona' for example, and whatever other city's you are visiting you will get most of your answers there.

    Thanks for this info!

Thank you everyone, for your responses. I think we will probably go for an independent tour in Gibraltar, using a taxi with guide, but we're still looking at the various possibilities at the other stops. Will feedback any information I find out!
