Seabourn Sojourn stretches her sea legs

Seabourn Sojourn reached an important maritime milestone last week, after completing four days of sea trials in the Med.

The luxurious new ship “stretched her legs” and took to the sea for the first time, sailing under her own propulsion power off the coast of Genoa, Italy.

Sojourn has since returned to the T. Mariotti shipyard, where staff are putting on the final touches before she is delivered this month.

Has anyone been on a Seabourn cruise?

Certainly looks different; my first thoughts... With that big V section in the middle, don't get in the lift on one side hoping to think you can walk from stern to aft at the top :-)

    Seabourn Sojourn

Looks just about identical to (sister ship?) ODYSSEY, seen here at Barbados

Yes, same shipyard, same design, same cabin layout. I think they've done an 'X-type' with these two, these aren't Seabourn Superyachts any more, they're just another small cruise liner with an upmarket bias. Could blow the desirability of the line.
