<p>Disney Cruise Lines has announced plans for an expanded portfolio of European itineraries from Barcelona to ports across Europe in 2013.</p>
<p>Commencing on June 1st, 2013, the Disney Magic is set to begin sailing from the Catalan capital as part of a new offering of four, seven and 12 night cruises across the continent.</p>
<p>Four-night cruise holiday offerings aboard the Disney Magic will take in ports in Nice and Palma de Mallorca with trips scheduled for July and August .</p>
<p>The seven-night Disney packages will meanwhile stop in Nice, Florence, Rome and Naples as part of a primarily Italian-focused cruise trip.</p>
<p>The 12-night Mediterranean cruise offers the most variety though with additional stops in Athens, Ephesus, Mykonos and Valetta as part of a varied and interesting trip.</p>
<p>Sailing aboard the 1,750 passenger ship, holidaymakers will have the usual mix of entertainment on hand, with trips available with each package in June and July.</p>
<p>According to a statement from the company, the new itineraries promise to take &quot;guests on an exciting journey of richly diverse cities, cultures and people&quot;.</p>
<p>The plans represent a major move towards the European cruise holiday market for Disney and come as the firm prepares for the arrival of new ship the Disney Fantasy.</p>
