    celebrity eclipse - 07.08.10.

    I have just found out my ocean view room is on the Plaza Deck. Does anybody know what it is like? Does it have a veranda?

    Ocean view means just that - a view out of the window. No veranda, I'm afraid.

    An Ocean View Cabin is a windowed cabin. A Balcony Cabin has a Verandah.

    Were you not given a choice of cabins and decks?

    The Ocean View cabins (with picture window) are fine. You DO NOT need a veranda, but it's nice!

    I only booked on Sat and I was given a guaranteed ocean view but not a cabin number so I thought I might get upgraded !!! I also thought some ocean view had veranders. Booked my cruise through gills and have spoken to celebrity direct and when logging in the website with my booking number it has given me a cabin number on Plaza deck. Is it quiet there? Im sorry to ask so many questions but im new to all this !!... But very excited !!
