    grand princess kids club

will be travelling on the grand princess 18th Sept with two girls aged 12 and 15 having cruised many times before but never with children I am wondering if anybody has experienced the kids clubs on the grand and whether they are any good.

also where on the ship in the evenings will the girls not be allowed to go

    many thanks Deb

My son registered with Remix - the group for 13 to 17 year olds. We were told when he registered that the numbers fell off by half in the first couple of days and then by half again over the next few days. Although they had activities planned they tended to change at the drop of a hat with little or no consultation. The older end of this age group tended to "take over" a little and even bully younger ones off the PS2 or 3 games machines. A table tennis competition was started then stopped and then restarted for whatever reason and he walked away as there was no control over what was happening. A lot of the planned things seemed to just not happen. My son has been on Ventura and Oceana and fully enjoyed the kids clubs on both ships but he was not particularly impressed with Remix.
