    Hi all,

Yes Liz Smith is still alive and lives I believe, in the Brinkley Home for those retired from the Profession. This is is situated in Twickenham Middlesex. Alan 'Fluff' Freeman also lived there in retirement.

Has anyone caught up with her Majesty or have her runs ashore all been to private islands?

    Hi Gardener.
There was a mass union meeting in Liverpool Docks.
The Shop Stewards came out of a meeting with Management to address the men.
Right lads, said the SS,the Management has agreed to a one day week.
One of the "lads" shouted up "what day",Thursday said the SS.
Well tell them to stuff it said the lad,i can't work Thursdays, the wife goes to the bingo.:D

    I love it J.C.
A true fact, my very near neighbour and friend, a manager on the dock and a real rebel red. We lived in large detached houses in a select area even so. On the dock closure he received a large pay-off and he is now a staunch conservative. He naturally gets ribbed. We (my wife and I) will see him this week-end as every so often I return to my roots just to keep them in order. I'm like that BBC producer though, I wouldn't move back,
    Tara,
    Alan

    Hi JC,
No it's not Jimmy and I daren't tell you his name, I will tease him this week-end though and if anything of interest comes up, you'll here about it. He doesn't cruise incidentally, I wonder why? I'll ask him, he probably will have an anti capitalist rant.
    Tara,
    Alan
