    Fine Dining/ Dressing Up!

Hands up if you get a good warm feeling be it man or woman. How do you feel.? In crowd or out of place, or no thanks.

Love to dress up for a formal night, don't do fine dining if there's a supplement - too many other options.

I'm a no thank you, I dress to please myself & only myself. i am a pensioner, & in all my years I have only been asked to leave 2 places, The Hogs Back Hotel, I was not wearing a tie & the Marlow hotel, here I did did not even make it into the Hotel Car Park, my camper van did not fit in with the Rollers, Porsches, Etc. a Gentleman in a Bowler hat ( The car Park attendant) made it quite clear I could not go into the Hotel !!

Count us as a "yes" for dressing up on formal nights - a lovely opportunity, and the shipboard ambience is wonderful when people look so special. Besides, hubby fancies himself something rotten in a DJ !!!!!!!!!!
Not so bothered about the special restaurants - half the pleasure is in meeting wonderful people at dinner, and it's more usual to sit at a table just for two in the "premium" places ...

    Cheers,
    Lynn

So do I. Less luggage to carry for Semi Formal/Smart Casual Evenings.

I did it for business functions and hated every minute of it - most people JMHO look uncomfortable - it is so Downton Abbey - the world has moved on.
