Topic: ocean village from palma

Can anyone tell me how far from Palma airport is the port where we board ocean village. Any idea what a transfer would cost?

It is a good half hour from the airport - there were some serious roadworks going on when we were there in Palma so our trip took about 40 minutes. Think the cost would be around 30 euros - it was for us when we were staying at a hotel just above the port back to the airport. You can also get a bus from the airport to Puerto Pi shopping centre but it's a fair walk from the port entrance to where OV actually docks which is at the far end of the port.

It’s not very far about twenty minutes but this depends on the traffic it has taken us an hour and a half. Goggle/yahoo Majorcataxis.com You can see a map if you goggle Palma:D

We've done this trip twice - first time we had included transfers which took longer for Ocean Village staff to work out which coaches to fill first than th length of time it took to get there

The second time we took a taxi (and make sure you have a picture of the ship as the driver didn't understand when we gave him the name) it was about 35 euros.

Allow yourself plenty of time for your luggage to come through, mañana and all that. We once waited for nearly an hour for our luggage.
