Hi Everyone,not sure whether I have being doing things correctly?! I'm very new to this,I have posted but have had no replies or answers? Or have I said something I shouldn't?!! Would like to change my log in and address,but can't find the a way to edit them. Any answers would be welcome. Thanks

The dark blue bar across the top of the page starts off with User Profile. Click on that and down the left hand side your will see Edit Signature.........There you go!

Hi Wilba, Thanks for your answer, I have now edited signature, so hope it works! Can't wait to join in all the interesting forums. One thing more? what is the difference in 'Post reply'? and Post quick reply? Really showing myself up now as a newbe!!!

Hello Seacoasters, nothing wrong with being a 'newbe' ,I still ask questions now & joined a few months ago -ask away!

The difference between the two is if you hit 'Post Reply' it will bring up the original thread that you are responding to & then show your response underneath.

If you hit 'Post quick reply' your response will 'stand alone'. Hope that helps. Lizzie

Any responses to posts you have made on a topic will be emailed to you just after midnight, this feature can be turned off if you find you are getting to many, or you can just specify what you wish to receive, these features you will also find in 'Your Profile'
best bet is just have a play with everything and pretty soon you will be on the ball.

Your not wrong there, soon you will be spending all your free time on the forum, you will be going to bed and getting up and your first thought will be I'll just have a quick look at the forum and 10 hours later you will still have it on. you have been warned, once you start there is no way back short of seeking medical advice - very few have survived the withdrawal symptoms .

I gave up on the notifications as first thing in the morning I was swamped! I just use the new posts view and if there is a topic I have stated I enable instant email notification
