Welcome Sandy from me too.......we started our cruise hols in 2006 ,then 2008,2009 and we are doing 2 this yr...,nothing booked for next year... but watch this space:p

Welcome Sandy. Hope you enjoy all the banter on here. It's not only fun but very informative. It sounds like you are more seasoned cruiser than some of us. I've only done two, with two more booked. Like you, I go for the itinerary rather than the ship.

I too prefer a small ship, having cruised several times on the very friendly Ocean Majesty until her withdrawal from service last year. We are trying Ocean Countess this year to see if she comes up to scratch. We choose our cruises for the itineraries and don't 'do' hot weather so this year we are off to Iceland.
