I GIVE UP!! Gareth, just got off the phone and they say it is definitely full. I commented that the flyer said to e-mail but I now know some people had rung and been able to get tickets, but the young lady says they have now all gone! She has offered me a date in September at (I think) Newcastle but I am not travelling all that way when we live so close to Liverpool. Apparently tickets will go on sale again at the beginning of next year so I will monitor that..regards Carol
That post has just elevated me to a leading seaman so"every cloud" and all that

A little off the subject as the port isn't Liverpool but I've just had a mailing from P and O today offering ship visits on 6 of their ships on a number of dates this summer. £20 buys you a guided tour of the ship plus lunch in the restaurant and a £20 voucher should you book a cruise with them.
