    Work on Disney cruises

my daughter has just got an interview to work on Disney cruise line as a cocktail waitress. has anyone any tips..........excuse the pun!:D

she is studing crimminology and will be finishing uni this year and would like a year out, then join the police. she see this as a good fun way to work. she has worked in the restaurant/hotel trade since she was 16, waiteressing and as a chef. so she is used to long hours. she works hard and likes to party. she is a fun loving bubbly girl so I think she will enjoy the work.

don't want to work, just want to cruise.

Because she already has some experience in the field
it sounds like she'll fit right in!

Your daughter sounds perfect for the cruise line Issy , and what fun she will have, lucky girl.

I had to google for information , knew nothing about Disney ships but now wish I had a few young children to take on one of their cruises!

Will this be for the European or US market ?

I would love to take my children on a Disney cruise, especially since they are starting to do a couple ex-UK, but they are just too expensive!
Your daughter sounds perfect for the job.

I think the Caribbean as she was told on the phone that she would be expected to work one day a week on their private island. she says that it won't feel like being at work that day!!!!!! if she gets the job I hope she rememers to apply high factor sunscreen as she has fair skin.

don't want to work, just want to cruise.

thanks everyone for the nice remarks about my daughter. she is a happy bubbly fun loving girl. I also think she would be good at it. but then I am her mum. :D

I also had to google Disney cruises they seem great, if you have children or a husband :D but very expensive.

when she was working in the hotel last weekend, with only one other barman, at the end of the night the father of the bride gave her £80 tip and told her not to share it with the other barman as she was the one who had done all the work and with a smile on her face all the time. :D proud mum Issy :D

don't want to work, just want to cruise.
