We have just booked to go and really excited too, 4 weeks on Friday! Struggling to think what clothes to take tho, as we have quite a difference in temperatures dont we?

I thought when I 1st read this "No we're going 4 weeks on Friday" then I remembered another Friday had gone by and it will be 3 and a bit weeks for us.

I can't say for the Med bit of your cruise, but my friend who went in December last year around the Canaries was in light tops and shorts even in the evenings.
We're taking something though to cover shoulders and upper arms just in case it's cold in the evenings while at sea.

Thanks again Berwyn, yes I will probably take my shawl type thing just to pop around shoulders if needed. I think I am worrying more, as I have never been on a cruise, or even a holiday other than a beach style holiday so this is totally different to me

It seems from those just back that it's cooler out there than last year.
We were in the same position as you April last year. It was our 1st one and now this will be our third. And we've got No.4 booked for Sept next year.
I know initially the cost looks more than a beach holiday in Spain for example. But if you think of the extra costs involved, especially for the youngsters if they wanted to go out in the evenings. Cost of club entry, drinks etc. And we get to see loads of different places.
