On our Journey cruise last year we never queued once for the main dining room and always got a table for two in the area we wanted. The food was far, far better than on any of the Celebrity cruises we've done.

We never queued either. Maitre D is so efficient in the main dinning room, and the chocolate souffle in the Aqualina is soooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious

Then you were extremely fortunate. It was every night. Maybe you were not cruising in the Adriatic when all the very extortionately expensive tours came at the same time and everyone was hungry together day after day. It was like a floating hotel with one small restaurant. You could not get into the specialist restaurants either since everyone got so fed up of the queues, they were booked solid, and you were supposed to get 2 free visits. They had to do 2 lots of dry cleaning of my clothes too when the harassed waiters whipped away 2 bowls of soup because they had brought the wrong order to me and it went all over me. Once is an accident, twice is a disgrece. But then that was my experience and I can only speak as I found. I love the ship but I will not be travelling with Azamara again.
