    CruisingExcursions.com

    Hi,

Can I ask if anyone has used this company before, and if so, are they any good? Looking at their trips, they appear to offer good value for money and time. Any info would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

I tried to use this site last year and found it to be very user unfriendly...

    Hi,

Thanks for your response, although I am not sure we are talking about the same website:

    www.cruisingexcursions.com

The website is really easy to use and seems very clear. I really wanted to find out if anyone has actually used this company and their experiences of the trips?

    Thanks. :-)

    Steve,

I've not used them but some of the excursions listed appear to be very expensive, even compared to the cruiselines.

    Hi Vinny,

Thanks for taking the time to respond, you seem to have been on lots of cruises! I did see some trips that we're expensive, but was interested in their three Italian ports offer, £99 per adult. We are travelling with NCL, and this offer is cheaper than just one of the NCL trips in port, let alone the 3 ports. However, not sure about booking out with the cruise company, never done that before?

    Thanks.

    Steve,

Compared to some on here I am a novice cruiser.

We sometimes book the ships excursions but more often we will do our own thing. Sometimes the make-up of your party will impact the value of an excursion. You may be willing to partner up with other fellow passengers to achieve the numbers required for a group booking with a local tour company.

I've not used this particular site (cruisingexcursions) so I can't really offer a fair or valid opinion.

If you search around this site for excursion ideas for the specific ports you are interested in you will perhaps find that it has been discussed previously.

On the cruise.co.uk site there is also an in depth 'questions & answers' section which is also well worth searching through.

    Vinny

    Vinny,

Thanks for your reply, and I will certainly have a look on the suggested section of the website.

    Hi there,
I have been looking for excursions for Norway, can't seem to book any yet through P&O,. Have been on other cruises, and got together with fellow cruisers and gone with a bunch of us, for a cheaper price! This time, I seem to be a bit lost!
    Can anyone help?
    Linda.

    Hi Linda,

Try the website I have asked about on this thread. It has lots of information and ideas. I would just like to hear from someone that has used this company to see if it is any good?

    Steve.

    Hi Steve,
Thanks, I have had a look at the website. There are a couple on there, not as many as I'd thought. The prices ranged from £60 to £70 plus. Now I don't know if thats a good price? So, like you, I would like to know if anyone has used them.
    Thanks again,
    Linda.
