Have you chatted with your TA and confirmed it is the same cabin. They should be able to help or give you a credit onboard.
Cheers
I have phoned TA already and princess today both say there is nothing they can do,there is still alot of good cabins left so maybe maybe an upgrade is due
Went into Sainsbury's today and the Easter Egg I bought is now two for one, 'the company will not do a thing even as a good will gesture'.
Please stop moaning, you were happy enough to pay the price when you booked it, what difference does it make now?Expect it to drop further as the date of your cruise gets closer.
Christiaan, I believe that you live in Australia. We were talking to our friends in Perth and discovered that they paid around £800 per person more than we were quoted for a particular Celebrity cruise. They had booked direct with Celebrity using the Australian website. They contacted Celebrity and were eventually allowed to re-book through the UK site without losing their deposit and saved £800 each. We checked with our UK travel agent and they told us they could make international bookings and our friends could book with them in future.
I know it's not convenient but it may be worth checking before you book your next cruise.
If there is an administrator about, can Cruise.Co.UK make bookings for ex UK clients?
