Tips for Healthy Cruising!
WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY!
Why: Avoid exposing yourself and others to anything that may cause ilnesses and spread germs.
When: Wash your hands often but especially after using the toilet and before eating or smoking.
IF YOU'RE SICK BEFORE YOU GO ON YOUR CRUISE REPORT YOUR ILLNESS!
Before your voyage
· Ask cruiseline if there are alternate cruising options (ie voyage dates, credits etc)
· Consult a doctor to find out whether it is safe for you to sail.
IF YOU'RE SICK DURING YOUR VOYAGE:
· Visit the ship's medical facility and follow the medical staff's recommendations
AVOID EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING THAT YOU THINK WILL MAKE YOU SICK
Look for inspection scores and general food service cleanliness to help you to decide where and what to eat.

Problem is RC, once the hol has been paid for, most people who have been sick will not report it, because in reality they should not be going, and they know it.
It is these people who put us all at risk.
I feel that once having signed the declaration that you are fit to sail, any passenger having been recently ill having fallen sick during the cruise, that the cruise company should have the right to check with the said passengers MD, and if found that the passenger was previously ill within a pre-determind time scale, charges should be brought for putting the public at risk.
