We to are going on 13 may. Spoke to somebody who had come of the last trip and she told me it was nearer 10% of passengers who had the virus not 70%. She was on a table with8 people and only 2 went down with it. Very dissapointed that their cruise was cutailed. I'm taking a bag full of imodian with me, better be safe than sorry. lol:p
That cuts the waiter out of the list of carriers was it a couple who went down with it or just two from different cabins?

sorry but 649 joined the ship and at one point nearly 300 passengers and 4 crew had it..jacuzzis were not in use ..3ports were missing off itinarry ..when we were boarding we had to sign a peice off paper saying that we had not been ill within the past 3 days ..the staff did everything possible to curtail this i really like the boudicca because of its size just take immodium and anti bacterial wipes ..enjoy it and dont let reports put you off new matresses etc were waiting at dock in liverpool so they are really tryin to eradicate everything.

Sound advice, if we worried about everything we might catch we'd never leave the house. We have had norovirus in school all winter and it will continue to spread as my advice to staff was to stay at home for 24 hours after symptoms had disappeared was over ruled by the Bursar who insists people should be in school ASAP as it costs him money if they are not. He's an accountant, you'd think he'd see the bigger picture ... or perhaps not

Thats over 50% then. I thinke the person i spoke did her own deductions going on the 2 at her table. Not going to worry about it. I'll go balistic though if i can't eat all that lovely food.
