Welcome back H! Sorry to hear your news, hope you're getting back on track. Good to meet Sam on you on Magnifica.
Back to the topic in hand - £20 booking fee - what the hoots is that for? Their commission is built into the price! How could anyone AVOID a booking fee? And they will probably charge 3% for Credit Card bookings as well. Sounds rather greedy ......
