Topic: any time dinning

hi.
i am searching for information as regards any time dinning on either the oceana or ocean countess.
my wife and i prefer to eat as and when we feel like we were on the ventura last year and the sea princess the two years previous the dinning options suited us.
we wonder what the options are on the two ships above we would appreciate any information that would help in our selection.

Oceana has anytime dining but they call it Freedom dining there. You can dine anytime between 6pm and 9:30pm. The restaurant, menu and dress code is exactly the same as Club dining where you have the same table each evening on either first (6:30) or second (8:30) sitting. There is also the option of the self service buffet, open to all, where there is a themed menu (i.e. Chinese, Indian, Italian, etc) each evening.
