For Spartan & Barrowman
We are all atheists about most of the gods that humanity has ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further.

What no fryed bread!..............thanks Shelley, have'nt seen that for years, a great sketch in 1970 and still as good today.
Monty Python was a 'must watch' for me at the time - my sort of humour.

I'm a big Python fan too.
I think my favourite sketch was The Four Yorkshiremen.

Another one I enjoyed was the police one where this copper had made 48 arrests in one week - all on the same person!
If I remember this person was arrested for stepping on the cracks in the pavement, urinating in a public convenience,
being in posession of short black curly hair, walking on a zebra crossing and a number other things which just
escape me at the moment.
Very funny.

I loved all that stuff.............ok, I still do.
Also liked The Secret Policeman's Ball which incorporated a lot of the so called 'alternative humour' of the day.
Liked The Goodies, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore (One Legged Tarzan was brilliant) Not The Nine O'clock News.
Anyway Captain Barrowman.............didn't I just see you driving east towards Reading on the westbound carriageway of the M4?

I wonder would or colleagues on the Carnival Splendour find this so funny this week.
I could not understand why they had to eat sandwiches as I thought the ship should have had ample supplies for a week anyhow. I never seem then uploading food at a port. Then I had a duh! moment - they had no means to cook it. See my post on power outages and you'll know what I mean!!!
