What will they think of next? Today I bought a solar-powered ashtray for £8.99 from Halfords for our car. It's got a solar cell on the lid; when you open it an LED light illuminates the inside. How cool is that?
    Hi Dave
    Are you being naughty?
    They will start again.

I am so excited, just taken delivery of a new FROST FREE fridge freezer, no more defrosting the b****y freezer for me. As you can see I am very easily pleased.;)

Grant I stayed in a family villa in Florida [one of the few land based holidays I took] and had the bedroom next to one of those monster,s.W ell the noise it made during the night spluttering and the motor turning on and off and whirring[is that the right word?] that bedroom remained empty for the rest of the holiday.

I am always putting bits of leftovers and reduced supermarket offers in my freezer, but it is just a storage facility between the fridge and the bin!Carol
Not just me then? I have to admit I'm hopeless at organising my freezer. I chose a large fridge and smaller freezer, but still find strange things lurking in the bottom. How long does smoked salmon keep? Why did I freeze it in the first place? You realise I'm going to have to search the thing when I get home? It could make dinner tonight interesting! Judith

Freezer soup, freezer stew ~ been there, did that a few months ago and found various item of ice encrusted meat that were indistingushable in that form and ended up being fed to the dog ~ she had a nice night, lamb shoulders, rump steak and braising steak whilst I ended up with odds and sods of frozen veg cooked into soup!

We are all atheists about most of the gods that humanity has ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further.

Ah the wallpaper scraper has retired ??? Just keep the seals clean so they dont prematurely perish or you'll be back to frosty-land before you know it!

In the last house I bought one of those big American fridge-freezer with ice and water. Was determined to bring it to this house. It too 4 of us to lift it and had to take the front door off to get it in.

It will be offered with the house when it goes on the market next week. It will not be moving again!!! :D
But Grant, what happens if the new owners don't want it?
