Dining with Celebrity cruises really is an unforgettable experience! which ever ship you are on board all meals are prepared from scratch by world renowned chefs using only the finest, freshest ingredients. Celebrity boast lots of dining options, from the casual Aqua spa cafe, serving light and healthy dishes, to the speciality restaurants where food is prepared tableside. You can be sure that you will find exactly what you are looking for on board.

Below you will get a flavour for some of these restaurants and what you can expect to see on the menu for some of the ships.

Main Dining 

The main Dining room of any Celebrity ship provides a dramatic setting for any meal. Each ships main restaurant has two tiers that are elegantly furnished and offer innovative three course menus to suit all tastes. there is always two sittings of an evening, one at 18.30 and 20.30, so its up to you which one you prefer. Special Dietary Requirements

Celebrity can satisfy a number of dietary needs. Menu selections include "Lean and Light", meeting standards recommended by the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society for reduced fat content, children's menus and Pacific Northwest specialties. Celebrity are happy to accommodate your special dietary requests such as vegetarian, kosher, diabetic, low-fat, low-sodium, low-cholesterol, gluten-free and lactose-free diets.

Speciality Dining

Available on board Millenium class ships, Journey class ships and on Celebrity Century, you can enjoy a truly elegant dining experience in a unique restaurant, each with its own unique theme and style. You can have you 5 course meal prepared at your table which really is a fantastic orchestrated performance.

Reservations for Specialty Dining Restaurants can be made online up to 10 days before your sail date. For example, if you are sailing on july 15, 2008, you can make reservations until July 4, 2008. If your sail date is less than 10 days away, you need to make your reservations onboard.

Please note that advanced reservations for speciality restaurants are limited to parties of six people or less. In order to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, Celebrity cruises cannot combine or rearranged tables.

Reservations in all speciality restaurants are required and carry a $30 per person charge. Children under 12 are not permitted to dine in speciality restaurants


Speciality Restaurant Details

The Celebrity Century Murano Restaurant;
This restaurant is adorned with magnificent chandeliers handcrafted in Murano glass, the restaurant is named after the island of Murano near Venice, Italy, where glass-blowing has been an art and tradition since the 13th century, and is reminiscent of the subtle charm and timeless beauty of one of the world's most romantic cities.
A hand-painted mural at the end of the 66-seat venue displays whimsical silhouettes depicting an enchanting tale of travel and adventure, while a large, round granite medallion composed of jewel-toned stone resembles the antique paving of medieval European cities and creates the feeling of an Italian piazza.

The menu, cuisine and service will follow the celebrated style of Celebrity's Millennium-class specialty restaurants, which presented the industry's first tableside cooking, carving and flambé and will feature menu selections such as Saltimbocca Alla Romana and Steak Diane. The celebrity constellation ocean liners restaurant;
Heralding the start of Art Deco design in shipbuilding, the Ile de France launched a new era when she was launched in 1927. Her design combining both European tradition and modern décor and is reflected in the Ocean Liners Restaurant. Showcasing a number of rare artifacts, this  restaurant will whisk you back in time to an age of glamorous innovation. Dining in the style of the great transatlantic passenger ships of past, guests can enjoy such delicacies as Rack of Lamb en Croute complemented by a vintage burgundy. The celebrity infinity SS United States restaurant;
The SS United States established a new speed record for crossing the atlantic in 1952, and instantly made her mark in history. The SS United States Restaurant has exquisite décor - featuring actual glass panels from the original ship - and wonderful cuisine. An entrée first served in the dining room onboard the original SS United States is prepared for twenty-first century guests. The celebrity millenium RMS olympic restaurant;
When she first entered transatlantic passenger service in 1911, the RMS Olympic embodied the opulence and grandeur historic ocean liners are now known for. When Asked to be of service in World War I, RMS Olympic earned the name "Old Reliable" for her wartime heroics. The RMS Olympic Restaurant will transport you back in time where you can marvel at original paneling from the RMS Olympic while you savor the rich, creamy flavor of Goat Cheese Soufflé with Tomato Coulis complemented by a glass of vintage sauvignon blanc.
