• Guests will find the Play Zone ideal for children up to 7, plus The Zone (equipped with toys, games, and computers and perfect for 8 – 12 year olds) and a full entertainment programme for 13 – 15 year olds. There is a nursery for children under 3 years old. The club offers multiple games and activities for all age groups.
• The number of children in each age group wishing to participate in our programmes dictate how many sessions are on offer. Queen Mary 2 has 5 full time children's club staff who supervise all age groups. In holiday periods additional children's club staff are on board to support the increase numbers. Ratios of children to co-ordinators varies depending on age groups.
• The clubs are open morning, afternoon, and evening with breaks for meals. On Queen Mary 2, we host a children's tea on certain days in the Kings Court - parental supervision is required. Children must be registered to participate in the clubs. Registration is generally on the first day of the cruise.
• Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria have a family deck outside the Zone (deck 6 aft and deck 10 respectively). On Queen Mary 2 there is a pool, splash pool and play equipment. Additional soft play equipment is located in the Zone for younger children.
