Oceans is the Cruise Club of Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines it is their way of thanking their past passengers for their custom and loyalty.

As a member you will be awarded a Cruise Point for each night you have spent on board a Fred. Olsen cruise that has departed since 1st January 2000*. The more Points you accrue, the more benefits you can enjoy!

*Subject to the terms and conditions in the Membership Guidelines.

If you have cruised with Fred. Olsen within the past three years, you will already be a member. If you have not yet taken your first Fred. Olsen cruise, then you will automatically be given membership upon your return from your holiday. You will be issued with a Membership Card bearing your individual six digit Membership Number. Simply quote this number each time you make your cruise booking to enjoy a host of special benefits!

Levels of Membership -Your level of membership is determined by the number of Cruise points you have.

Each level carries its own benefits as you take more cruises and earn more Cruise points you will automatically be upgraded to the next level of membership (from 1st February 2007) as follows:

Blue level 1 - 30 points

Membership Card
5% Discount off On Board Spending
5% Discount off Shore Tours booked prior to departure
Advance Notice of Next Season's Cruises
Advance Registration Service
Introduce a Friend Reward Scheme
Cruiselines Newsletter
Onboard Representative

Silver level 31 - 100 points

As Blue level PLUS:

2% Cruise Discount when booking at least 4 months in advance of departure date
Oceans Cocktail Party
Priority Embarkation at Dover/Southampton (numbers permitting)

Gold level 101+ points

As Silver level PLUS:

4% Cruise Discount when booking at least 8 months in advance of departure date
Personalised Luggage Labels
Welcome Aboard Gift
Priority Embarkation at Dover/Southampton
Dedicated Telephone Line to the Club Secretary
Dedicated Check-In Desk at Dover/Southampton (subject to minimum numbers)

I have never received membership details since cruising in May, despite sending a reminder email over a month ago. I had to phone to ask for my membership number to book another cruise.
