Dining on Board Fantastic food at sea is one of the greatest pleasures of cruising; it is certainly done in style on P&O Cruises. All of P&O Cruises highly qualified and experienced Executive Chefs are inducted into the Chaine des Rotisseurs- a global society celebrating the best chefs and gastronomes from across 86 countries. | Breakfast & Daytime Dining Options In the main restaurants breakfast is served between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and lunch between 12.15 pm and 1.45 pm. There is also a wide choice of alternative dining options for lunch on all 6 ships.
Ventura– Waterside and The Beach House serve buffet-style food and are open 24 hours a day. Both Frankies and Tazzine offer a range of light snacks. Ramblas serves authentic tapas and The White Room by Marco Pierre White offers a lunchtime menu. Arcadia- The Belvedere serves buffet-style fare 24 hours a day. Caffè Vivo and Neptune Grill serve a range of light snacks. Oceana- The Plaza serves buffet-style breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea and the Horizon Grill offers a range of light hot snacks such as burgers and samosas. Café Jardin serves a light breakfast and a range of light snacks and is open 24 hours a day. Aurora- The Orangery serves buffet-style breakfasts and lunches, afternoon tea, the Sidewalk Café offers a range of light hot snacks such as burgers and samosas and Café Bordeaux, our French-style bistro is open 24 hours a day. Oriana- Tiffany's serves mid-morning to late afternoon snacks, the Conservatory offers buffet-style breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea and Al Fresco's offers a range of snacks 24 hours a day. Artemis- The Conservatory serves buffet-style breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea. | | Evening Dining
Onboard all P&O Cruise ships there is a choice of 4 dining options, including Club Dining, Freedom Dining, Select Dining and Balcony Dining.
Club Dining (included in the fare) If you want to share your holiday experience with new friends then this is the ideal dining option for you. Operating on a fixed sitting basis you can choose between first sitting at 6.30 pm or second sitting at 8.30 pm in the following restaurants.
Arcadia– The Meridian Restaurant Artemis– The Coral Dining Room Aurora– The Alexandria and Medina Restaurants Oceana– The Adriatic Restaurant Oriana– The Peninsular and Oriental Restaurants Ventura- The Baytree and Saffron Restaurants Seating arrangements are made on a ‘first come, first served basis' when the cruise is booked. Sittings are allocated according to availability at the time of booking. Tables for two are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed. |  | Freedom Dining (included in the fare) Enabling you to dine at any time you wish between 5.30pm and 10.00pm by reservation. With Freedom Dining you have the choice to turn up and dine with who you want. Freedom Dining is included in the fare and is available on Oceana & Ventura in the following restaurants:

Select Dining give you the choice of enjoying exquisitely prepared bistro cuisine one night and grill fare served al fresco under a moonlit sky another, you even have the choice of signature dishes inspired by Michelin-stared chefs.

Arcadia - Arcadian Rhodes, created by Gary Rhodes serves British cuisine with a modern twist and The Orchid Restaurant offers a fusion of Oriental and Asian cuisine.
Artemis - The Grill at The Conservatory offers grills. |  | Aurora– Café Bordeaux serves informal bistro dinners and The Pennant Grill offers grills.
Oceana– The Plaza serves informal bistro dinners and The Horizon Grill offers grills.
Oriana– The Terrace Grill serves grills and Le Jardin at The Conservatory serves informal bistro dinners.
Ventura- The White Room, created by Marco Pierre White, serves Italian style cuisine and East offers a pacific rim menu.
Balcony Dining Balcony Dining gives you the luxury of dining, beneath the stars in the comfort of your own cabin. A premium menu will enhance this very special occasion even further. Balcony Dining is available on all ships except Artemis. Combining dining options With P&O Cruises Dining Choice, passengers have the flexibility to alternate between different dining options.

Marco Pierre White At the very young age of 33, Marco Pierre White had already been awarded three Michelin stars, making him the youngest Briton to be honoured with this accolade. Marco Pierre White has been dubbed as the 'godfather of modern cooking' and last year was seen as a Head Chef in ITV's popular show of 'Hells Kitchen'. He has his first restaurant at sea on Ventura, called the White Room, where tempting italian dishes are served. He will be following this venture on Oceana's Cafe Jardin and Aurora's Cafe Bordeaux. Gary Rhodes Gary Rhodes is at the forefront of today's culinary world; due to his dedication to thee art of cooking and relentless pursuit/ His distinguished career as chef, restaurateur, celebrity and author sets him apart as the master of "Great British Classics" cooking. Gary Rhodes has brought his inimitable British cuisine to our sea's on Arcadian Rhodes (Arcadia) and Oriana Rhodes (Oriana), giving diners the same high quality dining experience enjoyed by visitors to his Rhodes Twenty Four restaurant in London.

Arcadia –Select and Club Dining can be combined in one holiday. We will request at booking stage which sitting is preferable for Club Dining.
Oceana – Freedom Dining and Select Dining or Club Dining and Select Dining can be combined. At time of booking passengers will need to state a preference for Club or Freedom Dining in the main restaurant, as these two dining styles cannot be mixed.
Artemis, Aurora and Oriana – Club Dining in the main restaurants can be complemented with Select Dining whenever passengers wish.
Ventura - Freedom Dining and Select Dining or Club Dining and Select Dining can be combined. At time of booking passengers will need to state a preference for Club or Freedom Dining in the main restaurant, as these two dining styles cannot be mixed. |  |
