We have just returned from one of the best cruises,of many, that we have had.
The crossing of the Atlantic was smoothnes itself and sunshine all the way.
The food, always good was even better under the German Chef`s direction and the Beef was some of the best we have had.
The shows were very well staged and the review team, who had been together for seven months were really very good, with some of the fastest costume changes on record. The comic was very good.
Sadly Braemar is to be cut in half and extended, which may affect the rather intimate character of the ship. The German engineers from Hamburg came on board at Madeira and statrting measuruing things up. I have a photo of a support beam in the Braemar Lounge which says "Cut here"!
