As a "younger" cruiser myself (under 50) I also enjoy being in the company of more mature people. They respect tradition and dress codes, so you get a more traditional cruise experience, rather than a futuristic one, which many people seem to be looking for nowadays! Many older cruisers also enjoy having a younger member on their nightly quiz team to answer the more racy questions!
I am looking forward to cruising on the Artemis in the near future myself, and don't find the prospect of there being many older people on board a problem. Just watch out for those walking sticks when queuing!
Happy cruising

It really does make a change to hear someone say they enjoyed talking to older people. It never ceases to amaze me how negative some people are about 'older cruisers'
