Hi Judith Thanks for your reply Sorry I have not responded to your answer earlier, for some reason it did not arrive on my page but I found it when I tripped over your profile page today(should that happen?). We are cruising on the Athena with Page and Moy down to the Canaries and back via La Coruna, Oporto, Madeira, Cassablanca, Cadiz, and Lisbon. Previously we have cruised with Transocean,Fred Olsen, Thomsons and P&O, so we are looking forward to a different line. It's our first cruise out of Dover too. Just 7 weeks to go.
Hi John We have crusied with Page & Moy for ten years and obviously we hold them in high regard. The only reason we are going with CMV this year is that Page & moy are very low key and don't have any cruises in the school hols. I expect your Cruise manager will be Craig Freeman, he's lovely and easy to get on with. Last year's Cruise Director was Barrie Sommers, a Scots gentleman and very good at his job (looks great in a kilt). Other staff that I remember are Denise and Sherry. The excursions, while appearing a bit pricey are very good. I can't comment on Athena as we sailed on Ocean Majesty. Where are you going? Judith
Hi I see from your answer to a questioner that you have cruised through Page and Moy. We are booked through them on their chartered cruise on the Athena in August. Any hints anything we should be aware of ? Reviews seem to be rather thin on the ground for both the ship and P&M. Thanks Jon
