Hello, Can I ask you to PLEASE do something about this person who is impersonating others and posting abuse about a number of people on the review section. Sometimes he posts as D, St Albans, but he uses many other names too. Yesterday I reported that he called someone Billy Liar, that comment is still on the website. Yesterday also another poster complained that someone had impersonated him. I've complained about the same person posting under the name "Liz Baiter". This website records people's IP addresses when they make complaints but then takes no further action in some cases. Can't understand why you don't ban this man's IP address so he can no longer post abuse. Last week I nearly left the site altogether due to his harassment. Don't you realise how offputting his behaviour is to potential customers of your firm? Liz
